Delivery & Returns

We want your order to be with you as soon as possible, so we aim to dispatch within 1–3 working days. Orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class standard service, with larger orders dispatched by DPD or DHL.

Delivery prices are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order. We reserve the right to refuse to deliver any order at any time.

If your item is faulty

Please don't worry. Email us at [email protected] with photos of the damage and we'll happily arrange a replacement for you.

Furniture delivery

Our furniture range is available for delivery within 2–3 weeks. Most items are sent directly from our partner manufacturers. Once your item is dispatched and ready for delivery, our delivery partner will contact you to arrange a convenient date and time. Standard furniture delivery is free.

Please note: before ordering, please ensure your furniture will fit in your home — through doors, narrow hallways and up stairs where applicable. Items that cannot be delivered owing to size or access restrictions, and are returned to us, may incur a restocking fee, with the cost of delivery withheld from any refund.

We deliver furniture to mainland UK only. We do not deliver furniture worldwide.

Furniture returns

Large items must be returned with all protective materials from the original packaging. All goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so it's essential to package your return carefully to prevent any damage to the items or boxes.

If an item is damaged on its return journey due to poor packaging, we will decide at our discretion whether to:

  • Return the item to you
  • Offer a partial refund if we believe the item can be sold at a perfect-imperfect sale price
  • Provide a partial or full credit note
Items without their original packaging will not be accepted.

Returns

To return an item within our 14-day returns period, just email us within 14 days of delivery. Please note that when returning an item, all shipping charges are deducted from your refund — both the original delivery charge and the return charge.
